Sherri's Saucy Chicken

 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
 2 Cups Water
 1 Tbsp Oil
 1/4 Cup Onion, chopped
 1 1/2-2 Cups Stir-Fry Vegetables
 5 Tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth
 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
 1 Pkg Noodles or Rice
 1 Pkg EdenValley Boneless Breast, skinless

Instructions:
Cut raw chicken into 1/4 to 1/2 " cubes.  Combine powders
and water and chicken in a sauce pan.  Bring to a boil, cover
and simmer for 5 minutes.  Drain and save liquid.  Set chicken
aside.  Heat oil in the sauce pan, sauté onion.  Stir in saved
liquid, peanut butter, soy sauce and vegetables (if desired). 
Bring to a boil.  Add chicken and heat until vegetables are
cooked.  Serve over noodles or rice.
