 2 1/2 Pounds Chicken, cut-up
 1 Pkg Onion Soup Mix
 1/2 Cup Ketchup
 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
 1/4 Cup Water

Instructions:
Place a large sheet of aluminum foil in a shallow baking dish
and arrange chicken in a single layer.  Combine other
ingredients and pour over chicken.  Cover with foil.  Bake at
375 degrees for 50 minutes.
